Thanks for your post.Your post gives me hope. The problem with me is deep down I know that if I dont obsess myself with sleep, I will be fine but somehow I am not able to think that way as evening approaches. I feel I dont have the inner strength in me to get through this and this makes me feel even worse.Does CBT help in challenging this too?
