Bipolar can just seemingly "pop" up...the fact that you can't sleep, get obsessive and impulsive, move around a lot, swear and don't act like yourself makes me think it could be that...as well as the swing between too much sleep (depression) and no sleep (mania). Manic episodes can take a lot of different forms, and can involve agitation or irritability and explosiveness rather than feeling "good".
