Would you say more about your feeling of lack of safety? This has been an element of my experience. I live alone and miss the companionship that comes at the end of the day with living with someone. After my parents died, I felt really alone and very unsafe, that there was no one to catch me, no one to protect me. No buffer from the bumps. I am really aware that I no longer have the psychological safety net of my parents, or a roommate, that there is no one looking out for me.
