Prior to retirement I was a CEO so to speak with plenty on my plate/mind and lots of stresses
and tasks at hand. Always slept fine. Then I retired and that is when the insomnia started. I
have been thus working on this issue for 4 or 5 years with varying results. The cause of my
insomnia may seem clearly defined and hence easily solved, but this has not been the case.
Back to the subject at hand, linking insomnia to an overactive mind as a sweeping diagnosis
is not productive in my opinion.
