How much sleep? Well I can usually fall asleep, but I rarely get into deep sleep, so even if I sleep "on my own" for 4-5 hours, I am still a dangerous, nauseous zombie. Taking a non-benzo as needed keeps me alive (and employed), although *never* actually rested.
