Hi Optimistic,

I know how you feel. I've been doing better with Pamelor and half an ambien. Now I think the
next step is to get rid of the Ambien, but I've tried it before and I was up all night. If you want
to get off either the Lunesta or Ativan, why don't you taper down really slowly - just keep
chipping a tiny bit off every few days. Although, on the other hand, why not just enjoy the
good sleep you're getting and not worry about tapering down now?
