I've been on meds for 2 months now, after a nightmare bout of insomnia during the holidays. I get them from the shrink, because all the MDs I saw refuse to prescribe anything for sleep or anxiety. They herded me out of their offices and told me to see a psychiatrist, so that's what I did. I got more help that way than from my primary I don't care dr. I know it's a tough decision whether to up the meds. I'd say try for a night or two and see how you do. Have you ever tried ambien cr, btw? Xanax or valium for anxiety? Just curious.
