How I CURED severe chronic insomnia

Posted by kathy775 on March 19, 2009 at 11:27:56:

Helllo,

I just wanted to share with you all how I myself have been CURED of chronic, severe insomnia that plagued me for several years. I was wasting away and had to take two months of sick leave from work (which was not enough), and tried countless remedies -- herbal, over the counter, prescribed meds....

I was going out of my mind with the very fragmented sleep and the ongoing sleep deprivation.

To cut to the chase: two products cured me. They are very safe and much more effective than sleeping pills (sleeping pills did not cure me ... from prolonged use, they did much damage to my short-term memory, as my doctor had warned me).

These two products were:

HIVOX Dreamate -- a very special acupressure wristband that is extremely effective and WORKS like a charm ... regular acupuncuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, blue light, yoga, did not work for me, and this wristband is painless and easy -- it stimulates certain sleep acupressure points on your wrist and puts you to sleep without meds. The HIVOX Dreamate is also effective for stress reduction. If nothing else, get this device.

Also, Mike Brescia's Tranquil Sleep CD works incredibly well .. no other sleep CD worked for me. The CD engrains proper sleep attitudes -- physical as well as mental relaxation.

Before I found these two products, I was taking sleeping pills (as sparingly as possible) and was prescribed Celexa, which seemed to help some, but not enough.

I am now off of Celexa and sleeping pills.

I feel very lucky to have found the solution to my problem. I just wanted to share this information with others in need.

Best of luck to you.
