Hi Jackson -
One more thing. The insomnia I experienced from starting Lexapro was mild compared to my
standard insomnia (when I started Lexapro I'd wake up after 4-5 hours and not be able to fall
back asleep). My standard bad insomnia is not being able to fall asleep and zero to 1 hour
sleep. The Lexapro insonmia problems I had went away totally by night 3 or 4. Now I have no
maintainance.
I was worried about the insomnia side effects of SSRIs. But at least with lexapro for me it was
no big deal.
