Hi there,
The MAIN factor in a successful experience with SR is toughing it out. It is a struggle to get through the horrible feelings of little sleep in the beginning, but the payoff of long term results is invaluable. If you stick with it and accept the rough days and know that if you forge ahead DESPITE how horrible you feel, you will be rewarded with a wonderful payoff in the end. SR is one thing that you need to EXPECT will not be fun and KNOW that it is not easy and ACCEPT that it is not a quick fix. But, the results are spectacular. Stay with your plan...you will be glad you did. Good luck!
