Good post - did you ask him if we can die from insomnia like a few posters posted on this site - what is your thinking about that - I asked a doctor if we get benefit just laying down and they all said "yes" - you do your body good by laying down and resting - so that's something positive.

Was just wondering if you asked him that question about dying - thanks.
