I haven't tried SR, so I can only guess at your frustration and fatigue. It sounds like you've given it a really fair shake. Bravo for being disciplined enough to try it for a month! That really takes something. I admire your persistence.

I guess what I would want to ask you is, how do you feel? If you're exhausted (and it sounds as if you're somewhat discouraged), why not tell yourself that you're a champ and consider that your body just isn't ready to pick up a regular sleep pattern using SR? I know how much you had wanted to go off Remeron. But I think you've done a lot of retraining of your body and mind, and there's maybe more than simply learned insomnia going on. I don't believe our bodies can be forced back into a regular sleep pattern just because we decide we're ready for that...they kind of let us know when they're ready, not the other way round. What is your body telling you?
