Thanks Jules,
Keep your chin up kiddo-this is a rough ride.
I understand completely when you say the Remeron is not a magic cure. Before I started on the Remeron, I thought that meds were a pharmaceutical rubber mallet-but in fact they interplay with what is going on in our bodies and minds. I know for me, if I didn't take care of my crazy thinking, and gently accept the anxiety I was feeling, the Remeron would not work, or not work as well.
Part of my deal this time is that if I go back on the meds, I want to walk, not run back. If I am frantically grabbing the pill bottle, then the chance of success is not good. I'm not sure which way I will go-I'm letting that decision unfold as I am exploring what my body wants to do in regards to sleep.
I appreciate your support-good luck with your sleep as well.
