Good post. Thanks for correcting me. I can see how this kind of SR works. I've practiced some
of it myself with good results. I still wonder about the benefits versus potential harms of the
more extreme: Start by staying up until 3 am and allowing yourself minimal hours of sleep
forms of SR.
I also remember the intense dreams I had when I came of Z-Drugs and started tapering
Valium. I really enjoyed them. They are the only aspect of insomnia I will miss!
