I have a hard time falling asleep at night , specially if it is light outside.
I go to bed at 10 pm when it gets dark and it's light before 4:30 am. so I am back up again.
That isn't much time to sleep.
I use to sleep atleast 10 hours at night when I was a small child.
Staying asleep is hard for me now.
The sightest little noise wakes me and then I can't go back to sleep.

I guess this might be called = Onset Insomnia ????
I might have to make another appt. with the sleep doctor and see what he suggests since everything else has been ineffective so far.
