Another thing I wanted to mention to you but forgot. When I asked my sleep dr. if my insomnia is depression related (which we have not ruled out yet) would SR work. She said it would be very unlikely. I had some mild stress/depression issues months before the insomnia hit (because of staying up late a couple of nights) so I'm wondering if my serotonin levels were already low and the chronic insomnia pushed them farther into the gutter. Right now I feel depressed (naturally) over this but for me, it's had to tell what came first at this point, the chicken or the egg.
