Forgot to ask. Your "mentor" with the sleep maintenance problem. Did he/she use the 12:00-6:00 scheduleing also? Any info. on this would be appreciated. I am thinking maybe use a modified schedule rather than force myself to stay up to 12:00 which is not the norm for me (although last night it was 1:00 before I fell asleep and only slep one hour). I tried the 12:00-6:00 once for 3 days on my own and my sleep was horrendous BUT I guess that is the norm with this.
