Glad exercise helps you.

Tylenol , Aleve , Ibuprophin have no effect on my pain for this.

There is No swimming pool within a hundred miles of where I live , so that idea is no good.
I use to try walking , but it freezes my muscles up too much.

Then being in alot of pain when I am laying in bed really keeps me awake at night , making my Insomnia bad.
