Hi lulubelle,

That is kind of what my sleep dr. has me doing. She said to go to bed when you are tired (normal for me is around 10:00ish) and just sleep until you wake up BUT do not go back to sleep at all. Stay up. Before I would go back to bed and try to get a little more sleep but that didn't happen very often. So there really is not much difference now from what I was doing before. But I am going to continue it for while. I did manage 6 hours the other nigh and I have no clue why but was glad..last night was a different story..really bad. I guess the 6 hours was too much sleep and now I have to pay for it. I may self impose a 10:30 to 4:30-5:00 schedule and at least try to establish a consistant wake up time. Right now I feel like I am floating around at night with no real schedule. Don't see how that will work for me. Keep me posted if something seems to work for you. Take care.
