Will do, I am defintely in the experimental mode, and please keep me posted as well with your doc's advice/your progress. As I've said, I think the SR issue is a bit more complicated with us mainenance folks.

What's interesting for me is that I have tried SR 3 times-
each time my first week is fair, my second week shows definite improvment, but starting with my third week, I start to go downhill again.
I'm not sure but the initial exhaustion may cause good sleep by week 2, but whatever is driving my original sleep problems takes over again at week 3. I still have not slept as well as I did in week 2, and I'm in my 4th week.
