Can it be the other way around too? I've had insomnia for a good 3 years and it's starting to wear me out. I'm having unexplicable muscle pain in my right arm, clearly my muscles. Yet, there's no loss of muscle power. I'm only 23, is this all just because of lack of sleep, or could fibro be around the corner? Does it start in one place, like an arm, then spread? I do not have joint ache.
One of my sisters has the chronic fatigue syndrome and fibro and I'm scared I'm next in line because of my insomnia... I'm worried.
