Hi F43, I hear you!!! I am struggling with many stresses beyond my control at the moment and do find myself with what I assume is very high adrenaline. Sleeps are short even with Z split during the night.

I watched this video on Heartmath today - you may find it interesting. I have the Emwave and am going to learn to use it during the day to bring down the levels on my stress meter.
