Yes, I believe it is possible to kick benzos while taking an antidepressant. I am not an authority, but I have a few web acquaintances who are doing that. I suppose a lot may depend upon which anti-depressant you are taking.

Tapering off benzos is challenging. Are you using the 10% rule or using any other specific method?
