hey, Selini, it occurs to me that #1 you and I are quite similar and #2, that we are both engaged in the same process of compiling "gems of wisdom" that might help us transcend this way of being. How about sharing some of those gems?

Here's one I found on our Forum....

I wrote down what I would do if my insomnia was moderate to severe and lasted for 20 years like Barbarella's. I told myself that if that is what I am meant to do in this lifetime, I accept that level of suffering but promise to help others the best i can with their sleep trouble and any other trouble at that. I would also focus great attention on keeping my body as relaxed as possible using tools such a meditation, deep breathing and praying. Someone here said that during a sleep study, they meditated after waking up and the sleep people said that he/she was in a stage 1/2 of sleep during that time. That brought me comfort. I know this all may sound "hokey" to some but this is what worked for me.
