Hello Velsor :)

I haven't been on here for more than a week because I am falling behind in my school
work. Plus, 6 nights ago I had another melt down. I was in bed just crying and accepting
my condition - and accepting how very hard it can be.
I feel asleep and got up an hour later to eat chips and chocolate.
Then, I slept 9 solid hours!
Wow. What a gift.

The following day I started the master cleanse. This is perhaps a dangerous gem. This is
my third cleanse in 5 years - and all three times my sleep improved. It is the oddest thing.
I say that because usually I wake up in the middle of the night with hunger. For this
reason I usually eat a lot at night. While I am cleansing I almost always sleep through the
night, or when I do wake I am sleepy and go back to sleep with ease.

Today I am going off the cleanse. But I am curious why this - and total acceptance and
surrender are the only things that bring me sleep.

Could it be from a need for control?

I was contemplating that maybe my need for control is busy with not eating during a
cleanse. Or, my body is just that fatigued - but not in the usual activated way.

Best,
