I think ignoring the insominia is very difficult for a lot of people because you feel so sick from it inside. It is very difficult to ignore because of that! I, for one, have that problem. I sit under a bright light twice daily and it helps somewhat, but not enough. I have to take something to sleep at least twice a week, because I awaken too early. I don't really know if I should increase the light or maybe I am doing too much.
