You should seek the advice of a sleep specialist if you can. Check out any univerity health sleep centers near you and see if they offer help for people with shift related health and sleep problems, many do.

Your Doctor is not helping you, find another.

You are already doing what you need to do to find help, reaching out. We must all be our own advocates and keep searching until we get the help we need.
