Huge improvement in sleep

Hello there. Last time I posted on here I was complaining about only getting barely 2 hours sleep a night, what a drag. Since then I've managed to see a huge improvement in my sleep after introducing fish oil to my diet. I'm not advocating this for anyone else as acure all but it sure has made a difference in my case. I still have a lot of trouble getting to sleep , but when I eventually doze off now I tend to sleep through until first light without waking up, yeehah. I've done a lot of research on the net on the subject of sleep, but can't find any explanation for the insomnia I've got, it doesn't leave me tired during the day, even if I only sleep 2 hours a night for weeks, which is what was happening prior to the omega supplementation, strange. My head feels a lot better that's for sure, I don't suffer any anxiety now and I don't get odd sweats during the daytime was another feature of the sleep disorder I have.
I won't go near coffee or tea that's for sure, I experimented with these to see if stimulants would have a reverse effect and help me to sleep but instead they left me depressed in the mornings without any difference to the lack of sleep and I got some god awful spaced out feeling from the stuff if I had more than 3 a day.
I'm wrapped with the improvement I've seen since taking the fishy stuff, and am going to do some research to see if I can try to get an understanding of why this stuff has worked in my case.
Like I said at the start though, I don't advocate this for anyone else, it's an individual thing, but wow has it made a difference for me, I feel much better, though still unable to sleep during the daytime, no matter how exhausted I am which is slightly baffling.
