Hi there-
I'm sorry you are having a hard time. I've been there more than once recently. After returning to good sleep after getting off of meds, first it was shingles and then hormones took their toll, and my sleep went into the ditch for awhile.

I understand about just wanting that one good nights sleep. A couple of things that helped me-I tell myself that this too shall pass. I slept well before, I can sleep well again. Incidently, I had to go through this everytime I made a change...lessening the dosage of my meds, going off the meds, having hot flashes...each time I had to gain confidence that my sleep would return to some kind of acceptable baseline in spite of the change, and it eventually did.

Another thing-when I was totally sleep deprived, I would go to old posts and read them. In fact I made up a 40 page Word document with my favorite posts. I have them separated by catagories (acceptance, setbacks, etc), so I can go to whatever is ailing me at that moment.

I wish you luck, you WILL get through this, keep your chin up.
