Flu with insomnia

Posted by optimistic on September 06, 2009 at 08:31:31:

Hi - Just wondering if we get the flu and have trouble sleeping will we be okay? Sometimes I worry about it - won't get the flu shot until Oct they say is better as it doesn't last too long so will wait until October.

Sometimes I worry what will I do if I get the flu - go to bed to rest and not be able to sleep very much - do you think the flu will get worse?

Maybe I'm just a born worrier - thanks for listeing.
