I just wrote " I DON'T KNOW" on a Paste-It, and I am about to add a little rule of "no more
sleep material!"

I feel a constant urge to find some hidden gem of a cure for my suffering. I walk away
from it after a good binge, and then find myself doing it again (but with a new twist, of
course).

Thank you for sharing your wisdom. I think these are the best kinds of gems that I will
find.
