Hi Selini,
i have recently quit Effexor too, well, not effexor, but its newer version - Pristiq. Only my problem was it was too stimulating for me - its the norepinephrine component that other SSRIs dont have. It controlled my anxiety, but my sleep was no good. Now i am on Zoloft. Things seem to be slowing improving, but i am still taking 25mg of Seroquel at night to sleep :/ Which is giving me weird dreams, but i'll take that.
