Actually, yes regarding your question. Regarding Benzos and Ambien/Lunesta, they work for
7 or more hours straight through for a while and then fade. Taking more has limited benefit
and I was wondering if that is the case with others regarding these or other meds. Thanks.

By the way, I do realize that using no drugs is the ideal and went almost my entire life
without it.
