Yes, I think you have to focus on the positives. Sometimes I read posts of people who have
been struggling with insomnia for years, and I get very discouraged. But there are just as
many people who have overcome it (most probably don't post on this site because they don't
deal with it anymore, so have no reason to come) and we have to focus on those. It's almost
like blinding yourself to any negativity and ONLY focusing on the positives.
