How about Valerian and Kava Kava? Do you know if they affect the GABA receptors or are they more like Remeron & Doxepin? How about antihistamines?

Believe it or not, in the past, I built up a tolerance for Unisomn and it stopped working. EVERYTHING...for me...stops working.

I'm so crazy. One minute I'm giving up meds forever..the next I'm pumping people for information about them.
