Hi - I think everyone has good ideas - I have the same problem - I'll have a good night and be really up and can handle anything and then whamo another bad one -

I know it is hard to be positive when we are so tired - but I, too, have copies and in fact a sack full of stories from these forums that I feel can help me - I will sit down or lie down on my bed and go through many of them - you know - we could think this "look at how many people have trouble with sleep - no one is talking about dying from it - actually I read a few posts from this woman who was very sleep starved and had blood work done and her blood work was better than when she was sleeping" -

I also have to think that lying down and resting has to have some benefit for us - I have asked many doctors about this and they say yes, lying down and relaxing to some nice music is good for us - so what I'm saying is maybe our bodies are doing some good lying in bed even though we are not sleeping.

One thing I would like to add - I have had elderberry concentrate is very good for our immune system and other things like viruses, flu, colds, diabetes - etc - I take 1 teaspoon every day - that is what is recommended on bottle - my bottle was around $14 and change and it says one tsp will last one month from the size of the bottle I bought. I just started taking this so don't know much yet but am planning on taking 1 tsp for a very long time per day - it certainly cannot hurt.

I sometimes think reading this every day maybe feeds our insomnia but when I'm feeling really tired and down I come to this forum or go to my sack of case histories from this forum to read - without those and this forum I think I would be worse.

Anyway, that's it for today - God bless us all!
