I believe Valerian works on the Gaba receptors but not sure about Kava.

Try talking your doctor about rotating meds which makes the most sense.

I develop tolerance extremely quickly so the only way for me to stay afloat is to rotate.

If your not currently on meds you might like to research Tryptophan .

And hey, us crazy people are the most interesting !
