Velsor,
I find your comments to be useful, thoughtful, and appreciate your
input greatly. I agree this sight can be like a double edge sword.
Helpful and painful at the same time. When I see a posting something
like "desperate please help" I know I will probably read it and it
may end up setting me back a bit. I think the key here is to stay
with the positive. You did get the 7 hours of sleep and it will happen again. Its kind of like my golf game. If I hit a really nice
shot I have to believe I will do it again, no fluke, no negative crap. Its what i choose to believe. Yes, i had a similar experience.
I got about 7 hours the other night, it felt great. I have also learned that its fine to wake up every couple of hours and go back
to sleep. Your brain will go through an REM cycle about every 2 hours. Thats what happened the next night. Fell asleep at 10, 12
Then at 2am got a horrible headache. Its like I go into withdrawls
when I do sleep.??!! No way, does this happen to anyone else?
Life is precious, things like this happen for a reason. Dont be down
on yourself. Have you read "The Power of Optimism." Maybe your sick
of self help books by now but I found it pleasant and to the point.
Have you laughed really hard lately? Its great for the soul.
