There is something everyone should remember. OTC and other supplements may affect your current medications, especially antidepressants. Also, just because something says it is natural doesn't mean it is good for you. Many natural substances can cause physical problems.

Looks to me like they tried to throw in the kitchen sink with this one, my opinion only.
