L- Theanine? Can you get that as a supplement on its own or does it have to be in green tea? I did buys some green tea but it was mega disgusting and full of caffeine! Is it present in anything else other than green tea? I have heard it is good for promoting sleep but I find it undrinkable. I am also unsure about Melatonin. I know it's meant to do the sleep/wake thing, but is it safe? Anyway, I don't think we can get it in the UK.
