I is double strength L-Theanine - for stress management - 200 mg - make sure it says Suntheanine - you can take 2 of them - one day I took both together and felt a calm over me - it does not help me sleep but just take it the day after a bad night as I usually feel wired and this calms me down.

Melatonin I believe is safe - what pharmacist tells me - I take 3 mg timed release but last night took 6 mg (2 of them) and it helped - sometimes it helps and sometimes it does not help but I believe it is safe - I am told as we age we lose our melatonin and I am now 66 so think this is true - take it 20 mins before bedtime - it does make you sleepy. The pharmacist got this for me - it is OTC - no prescription necessary.
