Thanks for replying. I think I will throw them in the bin if they turn up. I had an appointment with the hospital pharmacist a few months ago because I was too scared to take my tablets and he was actually quite pro-pill and said it was OK to take seroquel and a sleep medication (a prescribed one), but I haven't done that yet. I am concerned about apnea because I woke up twice last night gasping for breath. I have a rubbish pillow which I will be trading in for a memory foam one and after feeling breathless I forced myself to sleep on my side. It's quite worrying but then again, my sleep issues can vary from no sleep for days and manic episodes to almost normal to onset insomnia! But I guess that doesn't mean something like apnea cannot develop. The trouble is, my doctor won't deal with insomnia and my psychiatrist Dr. Sudoku (or was it Saddique?)isn't heaps of use. He was more interested in how online grocery shopping at Asda worked than my problems. Maybe I should be more persistant. He had said if I need to see somebody urgently I can go to casualty, but I feel like the staff there think I am some mad kind of attention seeker. Can't seem to win. I am also scared I will lose yet another job.
