Are you in the US or UK? I did check out Boots online but all they had was anti-histamines (I stay away from them though especially with prescription meds) and some herbal Valerian and Passiflower hops or something. I will def check out my health food shop tomorrow for Suntheanine. It would be great to have something natural that helps calm me down after a bad night, especially when I am at work. I tried this Kalms herbal product once though and all it did was to give me a headache and twitchy legs! I hate to admit it, but I love caffeinated drinks like tea, coffee and cola!(I am barring them at night now though) I took two aspirin the other day for pain and when I checked the label I realised they had caffeine in them! Lordy they sneak it in to everything!
