I'm in the United States - you know I take these in the day - think I'm safer that way as it doesn't mix with any meds I take at night - but like I said I only take it on days I'm really upset from not sleeping and wired - it just calms you down - it sure beats taking a tranquilizer but I don't take them in the day anyway as I do not want to build up a tolerance.
