You know that is one thing I do not understand - why is it people who dont have insomnia and miss a sleep one night - the next day they are sleepy - but I notice from my reading here when we miss a night we all get wired and NOT sleepy - doctors dont understand - they will say get up and read until you get sleepy but when in this pattern it does not happen.

Do you find this true?
