You *might* want to try some guided hypnosis...I've been listening to a CD by Paul Mckenna,
and it's supposed to help when you can't get back to sleep. Not sure it's helping me, but from
what i can tell it's helped others. Just an idea, in addition to any herbal supplements you
might want to try, in order to get your mind off your worries during that fragile time!
