I slept a bit better last night, about 6 hours. I'm starting to wonder if I have generalised anxiety disorder, the anxiety was getting better but then the insomnia set it off again, making me worry about having some kind of horrific neurological disorder. It's hard to believe that in three weeks I've gone from being a fairly normal person to an anxious wreck, it seems like every little thing can set it off and it's wrecking my life. I can't believe so many people have to suffer like this in this day and age.
