hi ash,
glad you got some sleep. I had to chuckle when you ask how people have to live with
insomnia "in this day and age"--actually, i think it's precisely DUE to this day and age that
people have such anxiety and insomnia! 24 hour technology available, crazy work weeks, etc.
I think back in the cavemen days, before electricity, people didn't have this! ;)
