Thank you both again, for very, very wise advice. It is SO hard to do! Really takes practice.
I guess it teaches us what we fear the most. I hate these feelings so much because they
take away my ability to sleep (or sleep well) at that moment...My life, lately, has been
somewhat manageable based on my ability to get rest when i need it (often), and i've often
thought, what a living hell if i couldn't relax and get that rest. Well, welcome to living hell!
So, it's almost as if i need to practice TWO things: 1) i am ok if i don't sleep (i've NEVER
been ok with that!!!!) and 2) I'm ok with the anxiety (that is newer, and something i never
thought i'd have to practice being ok with...).*sigh*.. I guess they're both forms of anxiety,
so...Guess it shows that we can't count on being 'in control' for our happiness...
Have to say, i did take some Klonopin last night, and it helped greatly, but i can't be
popping klonopin all day...;)I hate the stomach upset!! Never had that before with anxiety.
Ok, i'm going to stop rambling. Thanks so much for your responses, and you'll probably
hear from me again soon...:)
