Hi There- I take remeron as well -with good results-at a dose of 7.5mgs-
I have also played about with the dose-but this seems to work well for
me. At times my sleep has gone off a bit- mainly lots of wake ups
throughout the night-hence tired next day. Usually after a week or so it
settles down again-I trust that this will happen-that I can cope for a
while with broken sleep-I do-and then it settles. I too practise regular
medatation and exercise-it all helps. If the weight gain is an issue-
look at'The Zone' diet increase protein-reduce carbs-remeron seems to
both increase craving and sugar uptake in your diet-this will help -at
least it has done for me- good luck- jules
